Depending on where the price sits at time of conversion, I estimate this to be worth roughly 2 - 4% to Shareholders (based on difference between the estimated SP and exercise price). Of course, these options are only valuable once we exceed $0.70 (Loyalty Ops) and $1.00 (additional Ops), but I'll never say no to something if it's free.
It's positive to see the recognition, hopefully it encourages some investment over the next week or so.
