That is a significant announcement given that it contains new numbers and a given timeframe. 30t of GDQ's by end 2017. There are of course no guarantees in that but reading between the lines of the overall announcement suggests that DTZ is in negotiations with large tier 1 companies and those companies have a requirement for proof of supply before they will commit ==> DTZ need to prove their production / supply capability in order to win the contracts.
TA wise this has formed an ascending triangle to 20.5 on the hourly chart, after numerous reversal signals and directors buying. 22c is next minor resistance, 25c next likely resistance.
