His con note that destroyed the SP and shareholders equity into near zero.
All the while the BOD drawing mega salaries as CN converts and dumps
Also the letter is a signal that a few things are about to be announced So brace yourself could be a key personal/management leaving Marty? Hope not or a heavily diluting placement at rock bottom SP as they have till 30 Aug to place up 25% of company but it won't raise $7.5m.
They need SP plus 3c to get that sort of money.
