The current BoD show they have no care or thought for the shareholders interests. The currrent board who obviously worked out they had stuffed up massively with the CN (hence cancelling some of it) but continued to draw the massive salaries while the money raised from the CN was dumped onto the market day after day smashing investors investment to near zero while directors like AL drew $600k plus for no revenue and failure.
Fancy a Chairman and CEO of a start up with money raised from a incredibly bad toxic company killing CON Note endorsed by the Mangement to fund the managements salaries pay himself or themselves such salaries.
Bad judgement, failure, disdain for shareholders should do the only thing and resign immediately.
The BOD have shown and still do self interest and are totally unfriendly to their shareholders.
