the only binding agreement this year you are likely to see is with the new joint venture company.
it will be much ado about nothing as the joint venture will only build ten houses this year to get the performance shares.
it is by june 30 2020 that fbr have to get 10 million in revenue from the hx.
blahblah yes the class c milestone is Nov 2020. but it also says 10 million in a FY.
