How about this idea, the Companies that have sighed MOUs each put in$3,000,000, and get the first year's service FREE and the 2nd and third years at a 33% then 25% reduction. I don't what fee they have agreed to pay but it should mean they get their money back plus a small profit, but their business' would be established. We would forego dividend for a couple of years.
