There’s only one person in charge of Beston and that’s Sexton. He does not let any decision get made without his approval and the disastrous results sit entirely with him.
The conflict of interest is real across every aspect of the business. Sexton hand picks the Board and Mgt Team. The structure prevents any real governance and has created a dictatorship.
