100% better to sell, but they will still make a massive loss on milk. the likes of Saputo, ACM and Bega are only paying around 45c per lt atm. with Fat and protein up at high levels atm, the cost in cents per lt would be around 60-65c, so selling milk will be at a massive loss. the fact they are needing to sell milk means they don't have enough orders to fill.
