I dont think it is fluff:

"Our only unforeseen bottleneck has been the assay laboratory that continues to operate under severe
COVID protocols and restrictions. This being said, we expect results in the very near term and to
further mitigate these delays, half of our samples are now in a second lab. We expect both labs to
work simultaneously, which would result in receiving our assays much faster."

Basically, CG is telling us why the assays are late and that the samples have been transported to a second lab to speed up the results.

Good move, and thanks for taking the initiative.
