There does seem to be an issue with management. They have a plan and are financially concervative. They appear to be executing (probably slower than anyone would like, but that is always the case especially with biotech).
At these prices I think there is a fair margin of safety built in, if they deliver good results on any other applications there is a huge amount of upside.
I hold (and dont have any spare cash right now), but will look to top up a little where possible.
