100% they will raise capital, most likely within 6 months.
Hence their referal to "discussions with Banks etc"
I also remeber an Analyst saying they will be raising cash.
Suspect we will see the sp gradually go up to $20 mark then a trading halt with a CR by June ish.
Money required for retail commericalisation of products.
Note that shorts are in at around 4.5%, they love a good CR.
