With 6.2bn shares on issue, and the only asset being cash at bank of $3.14m, you're likely to get your wish. Cash and asset backing of $0.0005, or 0.05c, per share. Anyone who manages to sell at 0.5cps will be doing really well imo.
Be interesting to see if OpCon AB pursue their claim now ERJ will have cash in the bank.
