Interesting they didn't pay the Opcon debt, it means they have no waste heat/power boxes except perhaps the recycled unit from Carnarvon. It also leaves a nasty skeleton in a closet.
I guess ECM have a business plan to go fwd without the Opcon boxes as their investment is significant.
