As per the DOCA, all assets apart from debtors, claims against directors, IP etc. were included in the trust deed, so it looks like the Carnarvon box has gone. Presumably if they were going down the OpCon route they'd have included them in the DOCA in some shape or form to get the other four or five boxes on which prepayments of several million had been made.
