Maybe... but I would suggest this has been in the pipeline all year, just waiting to be announced as soon as the the contract was won. If it was announced pre-contract the stock would be $1.50.
I would suggest there has been plenty of notice (internally). Quite likely that the hunt for a replacement has also been quietly going on for some time.
Just a different point of view on this, not meaning to be critical in any way. It might not be doom and gloom.
