Have to agree with Hottuna.
It was only last week at the AGM that he highlighted changes to the senior management team with no mention of this. Unfortunately a sudden health related issue is the most likely explanation with the possibility of a falling out over performance or direction of the company being less likely. Best wishes to him if it is a sudden health issue.
