The guy is retiring, he is not leaving NTC for another job. David will not qualify for a pension. What do you think he will do for money? David deserves an enjoyable retirement and $50M will facilitate that. If you don't think he will offload his shares, that is your choice but the share price has been tanking since the announcement. Do you really think the market is pricing in the absence of his leadership? The best guess is that the market senses a lot of shares up for sale in the near future.
