The market is rightfully spooked by David's retirement as no clear explanation was given. We know Ken want's the CEO job but they are going though the motions of looking for a new CEO. What's David doing with his shares ? If I was him I'd probably wait to see who will be running the ship before deciding. Chart says it's going back to $1.65. I think NTC like all high PE stocks is having a reality check, a "show me the money and I'll believe the story" phase if you like.
