Yes, it's pretty illiquid and the odd largish buyer appears but you're right the X trades are fairly frequent for such an illiquid stock. I think Canaccord plays with it myself. They closed oversubscribed on listing and I joined in under 40 on volume. For me, maybe under 40 is a spec buy, but it's been disappointing in terms of revenue and lack of market reaction to anything remotely positive. The current price is at a premium I feel and IMO more positives are coming - I would've expected 60 by now. The US market is the key for them - if they can properly break into that market, DVL is fairly cheap atm.
