Yep, that is pretty much in line with my findings.
However, I've noticed that there is a fairly substantial divergence between the bad debt expense (debited to the P/L account) and the corresponding credit in the B/S (the impairment charge). I'm in the process of chasing IR for some clarity as to why/how this has occurred.
