supergold gather 5% of shares on issue or 100 individual holders and send a resolution to the company, it is called a 249N in the corporation act. It is easy to to do. Go and ask for the share registry on disc it costs about $250.
Then send letters to those that hold the most shares asking for them to vote against what ever you are opposed to.
