    General market appetite for rare earths and small caps has been RS.
    The market is risk off as many believe there will be a recession.
    What REMX EFT and when that breaks downtrend,will be happier times.
    Neodynium price has picked up a bit- this is a good proxy for rare earths,
    ABX = straw hats in winter scenario.
