And not just ' Cheap ' in absolute terms ......but ' Cheap ' in relative terms to BOTH what they have and what they're working on .....but what Markets they are in and what potential they have. So it's ' Cheap ' regardless ......but even ' Cheaper ' when you consider the ' scope ' of where they are currently and what they are working towards , and who they have ' Backing ' them......
