    It should be finished by 2017. It takes 2 years to construct and I am assuming that Xstrata will give the go ahead to commence construction of Wandoan within the next 2 years. When that happens, it's automatic that construction commences for SBR.

    Ahhhhh........it's an uncertain long road for shareholders of any Surat Basin developer or for that matter investors in any coal stocks.
