The similar web comparison site claims that MYR's website had 12 million visitors in October 2021, down slightly from September's 12.3m but up markedly from August 2021 when the claim was 10.6m, and May 2021, 9.8 million.
While it provides no glimpse into how many 'visits' converted into sales and in which departments, or the median spending, it's very positive.
I like the MYR website. CEO John King must be insisting that it changes regularly.
Often at MYR one can find in-store items that competitors don't stock. Often one may pay a bit more but 'value' (while subjective) is about more than price. Durability can be critical.
The MYR second half (commences 1 February 2022, not 1 January) is traditionally a weak period for it so strong revenue (and hopefully net profit) in 1H 22 will really help to mitigate the 2H 22 performance. Earlier lockdowns in 1H 22 haven't been good for almost all retailers.
