which was prefaced with this: "...at 26 weeks post implant.."
the same discussion was not had at the next (most recent and 'significant' 15th Nov 2018) release, the conversation is now different, the company has not reported the DSMB as commending either way
with each step the framework changes, the regulation is going to alter their outlook to fit the data
