also the sham patients are first off the rank , its in their contracts so LCT are committed financially to providing them the treatment if the DSMB would allow,,then commercial paying patients..

Could the sham placebo patients be utilised for a 2nd phase II, they are signed up and have had sham treatment so they know what they are in for?? 

Imagine if the sham patients said NO THANKS,, that would kill LCT reputation and any value of the treatment...

Maybe a Living Insights would help to update shareholders ,,or any update would be great ,,
