Agree and the comment from R.L along the lines of why produce when the buyers aren't ready just floored me, it's like dude build it and they will come!At least have it all ready to produce, if that's been their excuse for tardiness then yes totally incompetent.
As for all the other partnerships (Emera etc) wtf happened to them?
The I.P. ?Are we going to get ripped off after all the groundbreaking work we supposedly have done?
