My concern is that take the US situation with highly hopeless incoherent and downright creepy Biden. Everyone wants him gone, but the "red wave" didnt quite make it but REP's are home with maybe only 6-8 seats in the house. So Andrews being stable, solid, tall, robust up against a smaller weak looking "Guy" and the whole of inner Melb apparently voted for Fed Labour; will they not also vote for State Lab even after communist level lock down? There seems to be a predicted loss of seats and maybe Andrews seat too, but i put it at only a few seats up but if we can get it really close and lose, we might still get some of the more "rational" socialists hmm, to cross the floor and ok some more conventional energy before most people go bankrupt with higher rates repayments and utility costs!!
Lakes survival (ongoing cash burn with no Rev offset) may literally hang on the election and we will know Sat night unless very close but that will confirm hung a little each way so we might still be ok.
The Green power wont work in practise but so much of the old power wont be there and Aust will be left with trying to keep the lights on and somehow rebuilding gas and coal and maybe Nuclear while massive Govt debt limit borrowings (no more crazy printing) and options and arguments from the left and right fight it out. 2023 will be tough in the US and Aust and world basically as theres a Debt wall i dont think they can get past. Stocks, bond, houses will crash but these cheapies cant fall so Lakes and a few others will survive? I just wish the board would tell SH's if we are closer to the Permits than just report "ongoing efforts" just like it not that important?? .VIC is all we have now as all else including PNG is years away especially with no capital to move them forward. We might get news of another backer but that just means 25% again, Still...... i argued we have to get something going just to survive. Everything we have is watered down it seems so Saturday results may be the KEY or.............. hmm
Just MO and i see the maths and global view so want this stock to live if only for spite now against the Greens!!
