It is about work ethics, credibility and trust. If I was the chairman I would always be present to answer sh questions. It is just what one can expect from a leader. A great warrior fights on the front, doesn't hide in the back for whatever excuse. He is not up to the task anymore, the other board members must find a new chair with "fire and passion" to present IMU to the world, not someone discounting every milestone and crawling back in the darkest corner when things get tough. I would like to replace him. I know how to promote and to sell IMU, the science is fantastic, it is an easy task when totally convinced you got the best team and products.
I just need 5% of votes to lodge a Section 249D Notice. Just got taught by the IPD board removal how to proceed.
