they are based on analysts’ fears not rumours false or otherwise. Those fears whether informed or not have contributed to the share price decline.
Senetas has said a number of times that their relationship with Gemalto remains strong, but it will be nice when the takeover actually completes and sales continue. Whether you respect analysts or not ( and I find a lot of them quite superficial in the smaller stocks), they have an influence.h
