I work for a company that was a software startup and now turns over millions per year. Everything Ben says is absolutely spot on, specifically giving the product away free initially and building up reference sites.
As I've posted before, this is a medium to long term investment and if anyone is currently in Zyber and expecting major SP action this year, they may as well get out now and come back later. I don't expect we'll be seeing all that much action until mid to late 2017 TBCH.
Ben says all the right things, but can be deliver in the medium term - that's the million dollar question.
