Good post Jizm, I would add that this is a significant move, as why would they consider it IF they were not confident of a positive future?.
In my opinion, if they were just hanging on for survival, Len would have stayed in the same position, as this really is his baby, and his move is a strategic one.
Noted also in the Ann, was a comment about the ongoing legal process.Still continuing, NO mention of it continuing until 2020 Lol.
