Net positive earnings is also a great incentive, have seen companies with pure revenue based metrics not work out so well for holders, despite hitting revenue. Ie/ margins too low or questionable revenue sources.
Net positive earnings prevents those issues. Also, for the options to be in the money, I'd suspect the share price to be well above those prices.
Doing the math on 800 customers (per definition) is also encouraging
