Cancel the divy and increase short term incentives for the CEO..take that shareholders.
The only acceptable CEO remuneration update during times of stress for a company like this is one of a remuneration reduction. Yes i know he's new and meant to be turning the company around and our lord and saviour etc but..nope, no good.
