If ailing companies didnt provide incentive, no one would work for them. Its more than satisfaction that motivates a CEO. Having said that, I like to see someone who knows what they are doing getting paid the big bucks.
Has Francesco got what it takes? So far so good. But the proof is in the result. Will have to be benefit of hindsight on this one.
