    Shanghai Municipal Health Commission: On October 28 (0-24:00), 1 new local confirmed case and 8 new local asymptomatic infections were added in Shanghai. On the 29th, four places in Shanghai were designated as medium-risk areas for the epidemic.

    Large lockdown again? No chance. Probably more of so-called "Normalized (routine?) prevention and control measures" by the looks i would say.
