That is what said. It will likely bring other creditors out of the woodwork.
FFX only needs an agreement at a meeting of holders to divest assets if it's the primary endeavour of the business.
The LLL holding IMO is not their main business.
They should just distribute them as soon as they are out of escrow.
The arbitration could take years.
