I hope you are right as the ann us quite clear.. If the ann is not right, then the only thing that can stop a distribution is EGTF applying to the arbitration court for freezing of sssets.
Even then, if they do, FFX could seek to have the order allow so $$ be distributed and $$ held..
The danger is other creditors joining in the action.
I am not sure why FFX insist on a holders vote to distribute the cash and shares as neither is their primary business.
I hope FFX meeting is held before the LLL 1st tranche payment is made to allow for distribution.
As usual its wait and see.
