No increase to Peter's base salary. Remains at $300k. Modest for a fast growing company of EVS size. The main update is to long-term incentives with these being share price based targets. If Peter helps the company grow to a SP of 50c, 75c and $1 I think the shares would be deserved. Ambitious but very achievable. I take this as a positive remuneration update overall.
