Merchant made a decision to invest, one that in the beginning was perhaps a bad decision, that being said they have decided to keep investing building up a sizable stake and lowering there ADV price. They are pushing the board, and know SH are pissed so the letter to remove board members, they want the SP higher one way or another, they do not have enough shares to take control but can keep stirring the pot till they achieve a better out come for  there investors. A really smart move, which we wait for outcome.
