guess people are finding value at a valuation of almost 1 times revenue (including equity accountanted associates). Shaun has/had a large holding with the relatively low volume of trading I think he can't get out without giving the market a bargain. he also just posted on LinkedIn it's his family and the toll the role took on them. still non executive member looks like
