They do not need shareholders and the company is run accordingly.
It is a safe haven for all those employed no matter what their status.
They have no reason to change the status quo.
It is an in-house business.
Not the culture one would expect from a publically listed company giving investors the opportunity to buy part of the company.
It is pathetic.
