I wish Rob Wong the best and sincerely hope he regains health.
However, being pragmatic about it, I notice in the announcement that nothing is said or inferred about any 'great job that Rob did' so I read between the lines that the company may not have been totally satisfied with the performance anyway. Perhaps CBL is more at the 'commercialization stage' rather than the 'development stage' and a different style of leader is required to capitalise on that.
