The tax situation mustn't be going well. It was announced only a week before she joined so not on her watch
The trouble with the R&D situation is they have also recieved $900k for FY23 which is not covered in the claim - so if the result is unfavourable then theres a further $900k exposure plus interest. I chose to bail completely a few months back - couldn't carry that risk in my portfolio. I still hope it works out favourably.
