It seems to me that the previous CEO (who incidentally did a great job while he was with AVA - and has since done a great job at his new gig - XTEK), found he did not get support from the Board to deal with the person who is the current incumbent). I assume the current incumbent was part of the ‘in croud’ and thus an ‘untouchable’.
Says something about other members of the current Board.
Yes some progress may have been made, but more, much more should and could have been achieved. It remains to be seen whether their new man will catch up on the lost opportunity of time that we needed.
Once the new man gets his shoes under teh desk, it will take a few months to set AVA up for his view of the future.
Do we have time for this?
What will AVA look like by say teh half year end December 2023? Will there be enough progress to warrant holding on?
