I've recently exited. I don't mind the business but it is definitely a cyclical business. My main concerns were:
- Credit quality when the credit cycle turns.
- Growth rates in a high interest rate environment.
- Renegotiating their $200m receivables financing facility when it comes due in April 2023. Ordinarily this won't be an issue, but declining credit quality together with an unquantifiable liquidity event is what worries me.
