re: new director appointed It should not be to do with anything that affects the company as per ASIC rules. If something is happening in that direction ASIC will put them both away. And, I do not believe either Colin, Ryan, or any of the other directors would do anything illegal.
I put it all down to an overdue restructure as the company prepares for further growth. and I also anticipate that the half yearly will be on track, perhaps even a tad better than anticipated. Next week we will know.
