Yes. The easiest solution to that would be a majority of directors not in Somboon's corner to vote down low ball takeovers. The board should be 2 Somboon, 1 ASM and 2 independent including the Chairman. Although based on what has transpired I would be skeptical this will happen, or at the least the actual independence of the new directors. I don't think any institutional investors can touch this stock given the question marks around governance. If the old board got over the line things would be different.
