Its a shame because on one hand the resolution (pending approval still?) On the outstanding litigation and capital injection put this into a possible 'deep value' type play. It still needs a bit more capital, but you get me, clearing air and seemingly a share price divorced from even the replacement value of the assets, not to mention the intangible barriers to entry of say building a casino in a place like Vietnam. However, look at the management, does that not straight up cancel it out if you compared it to other similar financial opportunities? Surely a deel value institution could scout out a potential triple bag like this without as much governance overhang.
